    Mainly YO in Europe, mainly TG for late NS when the euro servers are empty.

    I try to visit the main ns servers regularly. In the last 10 days I've probably played on YO, TG, G4B2S, SEK2000, Wireplay classictastic and VH2.

    Any server! Even euros are fun to play on, the added ping only multiplies pubbers drama

    Just reading the title I knew I was going to find blatant TG PR...although I was hoping to get in prior to....

    If you get the chance in the next week or so, please go fill up walkerfade.no-ip.org -- it's the server that will be used at the upcoming LAN party, so it would be nice to know in advance if the performance "feels" OK to a spectrum of players.

    Euro servers: mostly YO Clan and Wireplay, sometimes VH2 when I can stomach the massive team sizes and how borked it makes the game economy. Sometimes NS-FC when they're not playing a siege map. I ping OK on French and Dutch servers, but anything as far as Germany and Sweden or beyond is too much of a discrepancy.

    That's about it, although I have noticed the amount of Euro servers with ping<100 has trebled in the last 6 months to around 24. Right now (midnight) only about 6 of those are actually populated (with people as opposed to bots) and 2 are playing Classic maps.

    I know I shouldn't complain about this here, but I've just played on the NS-FC and, my god, it's so terrible... I won't go into further details, but I didn't even know NS "classic" could be so horrible. Hell, I've been yelled at for dropping chambers in the hive (after figuring out you have to drop them on walls, of course)

    I have YO on my favorites, and I occasionally join Wireplay; I have to admit that one thing I like about these servers, is that nearly every round is enjoyable. Sure, the game can get frustrating at times, but the elitism is kept at a minimum usually, and having people with whom you can actually play rather than compete against more than makes up for any downside you could find on them (and by you, I mean me).

    Its possibl the IPS changed. Cause you probbly know I am EU and I get goo ping, well below 100.

    Sorry mate, the xs4all servers for NS were taken down a good while ago due lack of players. Happened when t he ns forums went down

    The only server I play on really is [I AM]'s Gorge's Hideout. If there's not enough people there, or the marine team is being stacked every round, I probably won't play at all.

    Plus it can also be fun teaching newbies the game, which is why I usuay visit that server at times. Nice regulars who actually help newbies learn instead of just criticizing and insulting.

    YO is the only NS server on my favourites list.

    nice playerbase offsets some poor rules (no F4ing means lengthy, pointless one-sided end-games) and maps with sub-par gameplay (shiva, bast (sorry mendasp), hera, machina)
