net_sendpack error: WSAEINTR

Been awhile since ive been back, but anyway

Im always in game and this pops up on me net_sendpack error: WSAEINTR and i get kicked out of the game and its like ns is crashing on me and i have to manually kill the hl.exe process for it to be completley gone because if i just try to rejoin it says one instance is still running.

is it because my wireless connection is jiggity sometimes or do i need to do somethin.
