Hunt for screen savers

<div class="IPBDescription">I'm bored of mine now :(</div>I got a BSOD screen saver (its pretty nifty for college since its on my laptop, nobody touches it when they see it 'blue screening and restarting' while i'm on break haha) but its getting old. I was looking on google, but ever site for screen savers requires you to pay or looks like it would bomb you with spyware if you clicked on anything. Anyone want to post some cool screen savers/good sites to get some decent ones?

    Or
    <a href="http://tron.lir.dk/software/" target="_blank">http://tron.lir.dk/software/</a>

I think the second one is more recent.
    Hundreds of pretty screensavers.

Not to be a buzzkill, but I'm pretty sure screensavers are bad for LCDs, since they'll wear them out faster, and aren't needed because you don't get burn in like you do on a CRT.

    I could be wrong though.

Screensavers have been pretty useless since the late '90s. They do look pretty, though. You do get more wear on any monitor by displaying anything on it, though a screensaver shouldn't reduce the service life by any noticeable amount... (Most LCDs I've worked with have burned their backlight out or have died because of foreign object damage or mishandling)

    On topic: I use <a href="http://zmatrix.sourceforge.net/" target="_blank">ZMatrix</a>.

    Click for bigger:

(it looks a lot better in motion)

I've been using this <a href="http://www.9031.com/downloads/screensavers.html" target="_blank">FLIQLO</a> screensaver for quite some time. Simple but I think it looks pretty snazzy.

I loved this screen saver. I remember being mesmerized by it in the 2nd grade.

<a href="http://electricsheep.org/index.cgi?&menu=about" target="_blank">Electric Sheep</a> is a good screen-saver, if you don't mind that it uses your a good deal of resources to run.
