    How do they handle this?

    Aren't there a large number of problem in runnign 1.04 on Steam? (I can't remember them for the life of me I admit, but I remember that there had to be some major updates to get it running smoothly again).

    Bry or someone released a modified 1.04 to work smoothly on Steam a while ago, would be fun if a server did this.

    Bry did this in I think 2004, and it was for steam. If someone can run the server, we can get it going. I would love to play some 1.04 again. Glad to hear others are interested too, there were lots of views yesterday before someone said anything.

    All we need is a server. If someone would donate their server for a little bit, that would be fantastic. There must be some servers with less usage that could use free advertising.... this is your chance!

    if I remember correct it was with a buildin BATCH file (.bat) but you must run the bat to switch a file to a older version. Don't forget to switch back when you are done with 1.04
