8800 GTX problem with NS

Hi couldnt see a previous topic for this, i built a new computer but still like to play the oldies every now and again - ns comes up with an error saying 'Graphics card not supported' in the middle of the screen even though it plays the game very smoothly. Also some things like the HUD in comm etc and colours for teams are wrong. I have the latest drivers and its vista ultimate? any advise that doesnt involve me installing XP or using a crapper card?

    I got the exact same problem, running vista ultimate and a geforce 8800GTX, so far i havent found a solution, the game is still playable, but the scoreboard is indeed ###### up.

    Have to turn off the gamma ramp.

    This simple option indeed did the trick, totally forgot about this option.
