Word on the street says that you just click on the button to open the door or move the elevator, but it's been known not to work on some maps for unknown reasons.

Yeah, just put the cursor over the door until it turns into a little round symbol (a touchpad symbol, I think), then click. It doesn't always work, and sometimes it works without the symbol. Go figure. Elevators seem to work fairly well with this system, but I've never really tested it much.
The only time I've had it work was when I managed to shut my friend in a door. Splat! <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' valign='absmiddle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->

Anyways, the cursor that changes icons is just an indicator saying "Hey, you can press me!". All you have to do is center the cc screen on the button then and hit the USE key. Ta-da! Works all the time.<!--QuoteEnd--></td></tr></table><span class='postcolor'><!--QuoteEEnd-->
OHHHH. That makes sense. I'll have to try that. Thanks.
