Ns Bots Question

<div class="IPBDescription">y dont the **obscenity** work</div> I have downloaded and installed RCbot over a million times by now , but i juts cant get it to wrok ! i do what the readme file tells me. I place waypoints/names in NS floder , i rename the file , and put the new one in ,i replace the dll map , and i replace the map folder.....

Please tel me what i am doing wrong , i just cant get it to work <img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/sad.gif' border='0' valign='absmiddle' alt='sad.gif'>

what is it doing? Is it crashing or something? Or does NS still work but the bots don't add. I need a little more info than, "just doesn't work" though <img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' valign='absmiddle' alt='biggrin.gif'>

I didn't have to do really anything the manual said. I just unzipped the bot files to ns/, then start an internet or lan game, and they automatically join.
