The only way I could see "spawn camping" to be recognized is if someone was sitting outside the hive, or inf portal, doing nothing else but killing spawners. Not even damaging the base/hive, but just raping people as they spawn. That's probably the only thing you could really call "spawn camping"
To remics: I also would like to apologize for calling you a cheater. While I think some of your actions may have been suspicious, I have watched the demo again, and I don't really see anything that could be evidence to you having any sort of aimbot or wallhack. Once again, my apologies.
I was watching the demo and I saw the message that said 'notice the jerky movements'. Jerky movements does not mean aimbot. I move like that too, random 'jerky' movements make your harder to hit. I'm also jerky because my mouse sensitivty is really high, so it looks funny when I spin around fast. High sens also makes it easier to bhop(for me anyway).
But that guy remic.. I've banned him before.. but not for cheating! For being a **obscenity**.. Anyways The guys lead's sYn.. which is a top clan.. and all the good stuff etc.. STOP by his lil irc channel on gamesnet IRC #syn..

And on the topic, i have played with remiCs and i know he is really good. I don?t know it by his aiming skills, but the way he plays the game and knows what to do to win. He is in the currently rated best clan in NS.

AS far as cheater, meh, I didn't watch demo nor do I intend to waste my time doing so. I don't think THIS forum is the place for such topics. Not saying they shouldent be posted. Just dont see what they have todo with THIS forum.
And as a genereal rule, I assume anyone who would trys and deffend themselves, from such accusations, are are usually innocent. As most cheaters have access to multiply wonid's and laugh when someone posts one of them. Because they couldent care, they have 50 more to play under.
Now I have no clue if its the same person. But I use to know a remix, who played on my server like 3-5 years ago when it was tfc. Was a good player back then. So if its the same player, I'd give him the benifit of the doubt. But I know myself, especially if I'm actually playing the game, I ban first worry about resolveing it later. As I would like at least a little hassel free game play. Of course this only applies to the obvoius cheaters, Or thoose with 3-4x the kills of anyone else, and barely any deaths. Also depends on the skill level of thoose playing. HEH. Not gonna ban a good player because he's owning the newbs. Generally, I ban ppl more for they're "I have a right todo anything I want" attitude, or racial slurs, bad attitude towards other players, etc, general stuff. Then I do ban actual proven cheaters.
But after running CS for almost 3 years, where cheats were abundant. It's sad to see so many ppl jumping on the "HE's good so he must cheat" bandwagon. Not that I havent banned ppl for no evidance before. But I always regret it and remove it, after I've had a while to think on it.
So without obvious proof, Don't be so quick to call ppl a cheater guys. I'm sure if you where in his place, you'd look at it differently.
well every team we play says we know what we are doing, if you dont think so stop by #syn and give us a shot, the only way to see if we are good or not is to play us, or to take the word of a clan that you know that has played us.

Cheating is usually blatently obvious from 1st person mode.
Cheating-Death is the best way to keep a server relativly cheat free.
