It doesn't look like you're pushing it very hard. You need lots more texture variation, and the existing textures you have there need to be aligned properly. Some more interesting geometry would be nice too. It looks pretty bland all over.

That's really not pushing the HL1 engine to its limit. The geometry is overall bland, and the texturing isn't that impressive either.
