I don’t know, maybe I have a low pain tolerance because some of you seem to deal with this much better then I did.
CplDavis mentioned dehydration which I hadn’t thought of; I haven’t had any water today aside from the glass I drank shortly after this incident.
Edit: This definitely wasn't a cramp though, I've had those before and they never did this to me.
I could feel the tendon/muscle almost tearing as I withered around; I just hope nothing actually did tear.
Then it could be a normal cramp intensified by the bodies inability to remove lactic acid away from the muscles... potassium + water is the best cure. So drink half a gallon of water and eat a bananna

I got the worst one while i was in my friends pool though, it took around 5 good minutes for it to go away, and i could hardly walk on it for 15-20 mins. That one was bad.

While they were in there they cleaned mine up real well, and it's almost good as new now.

As far as bad injuries go I've had a spiral fracture in my right hand (the two bones in the middle of my hand became jarred and smacked against each other) from football, alot of problems with my external rotator cuffs (yes both of them) from hitting people with them in football, and a broken fibula from when I got high-lowed in football (a stupid guard dove at my ankle on a trap, and the other guard pushed me back into him which is illegal as ****.) I've had my fair share of bad pulls and hyper-exetensions as well.

Eugh evil cramps...I get those sometimes, and end up thrashing around on the floor muttering swear words for a minute or so...then it goes.
