<div class="IPBDescription">Has Got Me Thinking....</div> We've all seen those ad's for free holidays, cash, chimps, iPods and toast.

But has anyone ever actually filled in a form/phoned up a number/replied to an email and actually gotten something 100% (or as close as possible) free?*

I've seen soooo many sites, banners, emails etc claiming to give away a free iPod, but finanically speaking, giving away £140 ($250USD) worth of iPod, is just plain crazy.

So, lets hear your stories. Do <b>not</b> use this topic as an excuse to post spam links to bogus/idiotic offers, PM those to me instead, this keeps the MOD's and casual browsers happy.

    I've heard that people have gotten them, but the bottom line is you'd still be better off getting a job and working for the money rather than jump through the hoops required to get your "free" stuff.

    Nah, it was pretty easy, she jumped on it when you could still do the ebay thing, and I actually use that account, so no problems there. The entire thing took about 10 minutes for me, and she is happy, so I think is was worth it.

    register for ebay, get 5 other people to register for ebay under her.
    unfortunately, this was way too easy, so after a few months they killed the ebay offer.

    I've gotten a few free simcards (with various things such as free texts if you spend over so much a month etc...) but I can't even remember how. Legit though.

    My mom also claims to have gotten my first copy of Half-Life for free. It came through the post as the official CD (not just a copied CD, it was the proper CD with the cover and stuff, and not just photocopied) but in one of those paper slip-in cases with a plastic front. So I dunno where that came from. She claims that was legit and I don't really have any real reason to doubt her.

    I got a free Gilette Mach 3 Turbo razor, on more than one occation. I just reuse the handel they sent for free and buy new blades. Mmmm Free.

    You should steal and sell it on E-Bay, good kinda free money. My friend goes around at night looking for bus stops with movie posters in them. He'll come back later with his brother and bolt cutters. Sells them on E-Bay at $60 a pop.
