Editing Particle Systems With Nsps

<div class="IPBDescription">Yeah, it's kinda old, but...</div> I think it's an easier way to make them. I just have one problem with it though: It doesn't display any sprites!

I'm pretty sure the creator of this doesn't really support it anymore, given that the program is not mentioned in any threads from half a year ago to now, but I'm pretty sure it's an OpenGL issue with my display settings. Has anyone else had this problem with this program not displaying the sprites for the systems?
