<div class="IPBDescription">Anyone wanna participate?</div> OK GUYS SO I TOTALLY HAD AN IDEA whilst listening to some music.
1: Get a song you like, with lyrics in it.
2: Take the best verse, just one verse though.
3: Use your imagination and draw ever the lyrics/music from that verse make you think of. Bonus points for not drawing the literal meaning (ie: if the lyrics were;
<i>"I once had a girlfriend,
But then one day she dumped me and everywhere
I'd go people would ask me where she was."</i>
and you drew a some dude getting asked where his girlfriend was, then that's the literal meaning AND YOU LOOSE)
OH MAI IT'S THAT SIMPLE.
Rules:
:You must add the verse you're drawing somewhere in the picture you've drawn, as well as the artist and the title of the song.
:NS Forum profanity rules apply, just put stars in the word or something
:It doesn't have to be an absolutely perfect picture, the emotion of it is what's important, use whatever media you feel fits.
:No words can be used apart from the lyrics from the song.
:You can be lenient with the term "verse", for example, if
<i>"White noise in black room dust.
These hands long for one last touch.
Hourglass all out of trust.
I don't scratch so I won't itch.
I don't reach so I won't miss.
I taste our last kiss."</i>
is the verse, you can use the last 3 lines or the first 3, being as they form a sentence.
Anyone interested? <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin-fix.gif' /><!--endemo-->

Would this be a much better game if we didn't add the Lyrics, Title, and Artist, so that way people would have to guess what the song is by infering the picture's meaning?

Nuh uh, the idea is to be creative in how you draw the lyrics you've chosen, when people read the lyrics and look at your art then they should be able to say "Ahh, I see how that relates", or something like that :O.
