We can get a regiment started with 10 people. Also free heroes are just about as good as paid heroes. KRU Ineractive upgraded the free plan.
And why do we have to pay if it's a free download? are there some monthly costs or something?
* non-pay does only 90% damage (compare to 100% pay)
* non-pay max out at 100 stats (oppose to 120, which you get specialized units)
* non-pay can't buy specialized units (pay can for some, but others units you have to pay some more cash to get)
* non-pay can't reincarnate (this is an event where you basically go back to lvl 1, and increase the maximum amount of stats [and hp per unit I think], making you more powerful)
* non-pay only gets 75% of xp (oppose to 100% pay)
* non-pay can't use uranium (an item that allows you to get better damage weapons on the same level)
Overall, if you're just playing the game as it is, free is fine. But if you're playing seriously in the game, you'll have to pay the game to play up to par with other people.
Yeh, basicaly its a planet with 3 sides, each side attacks a zone and other players call in their army squads (number determinded by lvl) and try to capture the points or wipe out the enemy.

Stop being so bloody negative and download the thing. Instead of assuming it sucks, you could perhaps have checked the site and realised that by not paying you really arn't missing out on all that much.
