Startup Processes: How To Disable Them!

<div class="IPBDescription">Whats that command? ^_^</div> How do I choose which items that start when my computer start, and which ones to not start? Such as msmessenger, etc..

The main problem is there is this KodakCCS thing on my computer for my camera, and its constantly running in the backround. However when I play a game, such as a first person shooter, the regular mouse icon (as if browsing your desktop) is in the middle of the crosshair and has the loading symbol next to it.

Its extremely annoying.. can someone help me disable this thing? CTRL-ALT-DELETE doesnt let me end the process!! Hopefully disabling it at start can.

Like waterboy said, msconfig from the run box. I only have like 8 very necessary ones running when I boot up.

You can also edit them in the registry.
