Ambient_generics Not Playing

I searched everywhere and found all that I could but I still can't get my ambient_generic to work. I get the error that says: failed to transmit sound. It is a .wav file (sound/fans/fan2.wav) but it just won't play. Any help?

Yeh, That specific wav sound does not work, I guess cause it is compressed to the wrong format therefore incompatable?

Thanks for the help. Are there any other sounds you can use for a fan?

That faulty fan sound is the only one, However I do have 2 fan sounds made by <u>Marr</u>.
One is the same sound hopefully that he fixed and another is a new one.
