no kidding, mages pwn slime king more than any other class i've seen.
edit: and yea, I didn't talk to the right npc the first time i completed the PQ either, oh well. Happy mapling and happy 4th!

Well, you get at least 3000 xp total from the PQ PLUS exp from every enemy killed, about 60 when killing ligators, 150 during final area normal enemies, and I think about 800 if you solo king Slime, but I'm not sure... As well as exp from enemies your teammates kill, any teammates dying (increases your exp share), and camping of stage 1 (60 per kill isn't bad, and alone it's 120 per kill O.o)...

Yeah, it's a nice place to get EXP from... IF you can get in.

OK, I've been confused about this for awhile, but what is so great about a pan lid? It's the more powerful of two common-class shields, so it's the best bet for dagger thieves and mages. Warriors have better, and Claw thieves/bowmen can't equip shields, IIRC.

Let say it says,

"Number of Upgrades Available : 7"

Then does it mean you can buy 7 of those scrolls and upgrade it that amount? I have a feeling that it is, but I've never tried it.

Yup, 7 upgrades means 7 scrolls can be used. I wish I could actually afford scrolls though. I'm lvl 28 and have 90K. That's not too bad, but pretty soon I gotta buy all new equipment at lvl 30.

Don't spend just yet. It might look like much now, but the economy in MS is well...to say the least....teh funnay acting.

I'd suggest you save up and sell any rare items you can't use. Hunz did that in beta and he hit about a million or so....I just forgot what level he was. He was probably 30 or so.

To all you archers, i have somehow accumulated 136 feathers without fighting any pigs. (I think it was a drop game). Anyway, first come first serve.

I'll just put it in to perspective.

Thats 136,000 worth of mesos if you buy arrows.
You can make up to 136,000 arrows
In a standard 'use' inventory where you store arrows you can only hold 24,000, that is like 5 times the the amount to fill up your 'use' inventory!

Ummm, it takes the same materials in the same amounts to make the same number of crossbow arrows or bow arrows...

1000 arrows = 1000 xbow arrows...

Oh, and I think that there's one quest that needs you to get 50 feathers, so it's not just archers that need 'em =p

-We are in need of a mage and/or Cleric for awesomenss.

-rules include partying hard, helping the nice, and punishing the cruel. Also, we are land pirates. scourges of the badlands, bandits and murderous scoundrels.

We're nice though, when we're not being land pirates. honest.
