    you need this file from valve hlds_v1120.exe the half life dedicated server.
    comes with the files for cstrike,dod,ricochet,tfc, and such greatly adding to its size, but download that, and set it up, then install the natural selected dedicated server files into the directory you installed that into.
    follow the update instrutions and shown to you in the readme and fire it up.
