Lucky for me I've had neither grave injury or dangerous situations. At least none that I can recall. Nothing compared to Gem anyway. In fact, I'm really quite boring.
One night many years ago my best friend and I (14 at the time) rolled his daddy's ford out of the garage and down around the corner(while they slept), where we started it and tooled the town. Quietly we returned it later, and never got caught.
Rode a motorcycle 112mph on a 2 lane road through the middle of town, and piloted my 24 footer on the St Johns River at 50mph plus on a pitch black night..
Drove 3000 miles in 4-1/2 days, From Jacksonville to Houston to Pennslyvania and back to Jax so I could leave out on vacation the next morning.
Oh... and y'know how people tell you to wear your seatbelts? Listen to them! I fell out of a moving car (guess I didn't close the door properly because it swung open while we were going and I tumbled out. ) I'd probably have had my face torn off by the speeding road below if the seatbelt hadn't decided to finally do it's job and snapped into place suspending me with the ground just inches from my face.
I think I was also lucky there were no cars coming the other way but it was a pretty quiet road anyways ^^;
All I got from that was pain where the seatbelt had held me and some dust off the road to the face :p
Definitely wear the seatbelt. Always. In Florida its "Clickit or Ticket".
I've been fortunate regarding injuries ... elbow surgery here, arthroscopic knee surgery there, stung by 50 yellowjackets Labor Day of last year, had a car radiator explode on me once and suffered 1st and 2nd degree burns over the upper half of my body (antifreeze is oily based and STICKS to ya), plantar fasciaitis and IT band sprain from running, ran a band saw half way up my fingernail.

I like how every [edit]second (whoops!)[/edit] reply is Depot's, often one-upping the previous post.
As for me... when I was a little kid, I shaved. That is, I skinned my face. That's probably a major exaggeration, but doesn't it sound cooler? Anyway, it wasn't really sore, but I stopped and went to get help from mum and dad when I noticed the blood and the razor was getting stuck.
Other than that, I can't really think of anything major. I used to climb trees a lot, which gets dangerous really high up (especially where you have to jump across parts, or haven't got handholds, or only have handholds and no footholds). More recently, I've driven back home from LAN parties on the highway, totally exhausted. I think I nearly caused an accident once by overtaking a truck at a red light and seriously underestimating how much stopping distance I was leaving him (he honked at me, and zig-zagged to give himself more room to deaccelerate. ****.)

Have had my feet ran over by various vehicles. Motorbikes, taxis, double-deckers....except monster-trucks
And I always wind up standing too close to the road while standing at a crossing. However, I know my distance so vehicles go past me while they're inches in front of my face. And if they do manage to somehow get closer to me, I lean back a bit. Of course, that's how my feet get run over in the first place
And I almost fell into a tar pit once.
Ooookay, not all life-threatening, but meh!
Worst injury I've ever had was walking into a lamppost a few times. Fortunately enough, no bruises. Evar.
I fell down a steep hill of spikey rocks and if this big one didnt stop me about half way down I could've died easily :O. (It was a miracle actually, I came away from the hill with only a badly bruised knee)
Another time a heavy bookshelf fell down ontop of me while I was trying to get a book. (Came away with a broken arm)
