<div class="IPBDescription">again...</div> <a href='http://www.kingkongmovie.com/' target='_blank'>http://www.kingkongmovie.com/</a>

Trailer is up now. CG looks a bit disapointing compared to what it was being led up to be in the weekly videos they update the kong is king webisite with. Nevertheless I shall be watching this movie.

Looks exciting. I shall always favor the original, <a href='http://movie-reviews.colossus.net/movies/k/kong_33.html' target='_blank'>King Kong</a> filmed in 1933. And who could forget the infamous Empire State Building battle?

Whose frickin bright idea was it to force people through a bunch of cherades to see a trailer for god sake? I'm not even going to bother now. If they want to **** their advertising, do it in banners or something, not working me through AN ENTIRE WEBSITE.

Ooh, two extra clicks. Heavens no.

Cynicism aside, the special effects actually were surprisingly dissapointing. They have another six months though, so I won't start throwing tantrums.

EDIT: Before anyone says anything, the movie is BASED around a cgi character, so yes it is important to the story.

Eliminate that extra click with Liku's patented Copy/Paste!:

That goes beyond a simple nostalgic "oh who could forget" and heads on into "no really, how the hell can you possibly forget?", along the lines of the JFK assassination, Nixon's resignment speech, and that bigfoot video.

I can't say I know anything about Nixon's resignment speech. I thought Presidents had to be assassinated before a new one gets elected.

Yeh I don't recall anything except for LotR, which I dislike immensely. So we'll just have to wait and see what he's done to King Kong.

If you didnt like LOTR, then you probably wont like any film ever. Especially this one.
