I was getting called a 'yank' and such before i was banned <!--emo&:(--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/sad.gif' border='0' valign='absmiddle' alt='sad.gif'><!--endemo--> . I MIGHT BE A YANK, BUT I'M A HUMAN BEAN LIKE ALL OFF YOU!!! ( I know I mispelled "being" just to be slightly comical about the situation) who in their right mind would kick me off for being an american? I feel so violated.

Unfortunately, quite a few people in Britain would. We have our fair share of idiots. Most of them, however, do not run servers. Are you sure there were no other reasons for your ban?
It even said in the name that "non-Germans will be kicked"

yep.. some poor sap joined my server and had 700 ping (real ping not cpu induced fake numbers) but he played fine with an occasional spurt across the screen when he lagged and returned to action.
several players wanted me to pick on him for lagging and boot him out etc.. they started crying the age old misconception "he's lagging us to death, this server sucks because they won't kick the lagger, I'm leaving blah blah"

yeah, that makes me mad. I keep telling htem that people who have high pings don't affect players!
The server will not lag because someone is sending info too slow or something.

I'm very positive, I entered the game having no idea that they didn't allow ppl that originated from somewhere outside G.B and this is how i remember it going refering the double-asterik as the person that started querying me.

I tried to re-join the game, but I was banned. I wonder what was their problem? I didn't do anything offensive. If they believed that myth about lag, my lag was even lower than theirs which was true because the only tool I use for any game is HLSW and I use that to join games on my favorite servers.
Why do you want to play there? I mean the server is probably in the uk so ping can't be that great, and if they are going to be racist then don't play with them anyways. There are racists in the world you just kinda have to accept it. Sad but true.

lol how is it not? euro's take on conflict is to avoid it regardless of consequences. Most disagree with America "bothering" Iraq. But if Sadam is left alone to create weapons then when would europe step in? after sadam actually used a bomb on them? Or would they even do anything then? Let's stop him before he gets anywhere. well in WWII most of europe just left Hitler alone or didn't/couldn't do much to stop him from taking over most of Europe. I don't see how people can avoid the fact that the war was over once America stepped in.
but i'll be quiet now...dont need to start a flame thread of euros with hurt feelings. Like i said...i don't push it in their face.
