Do you give the full path in the url? eg: www.myserver.com\ns\downloads

What port/protocol does it come in on?

How does the uploading computer need to be setup (deamon, webserver...)?

Also, what filename/location do you have to give the banner that will show in the steam loading window? And what size?

    I have used this on my server for some time, and will go from my example.<ul><li>In your server config you want "sv_downloadurl "http://www.blahblahblahblah.org/ns/""</li><li>On your webserver create an "ns" directory in the public_html.</li><li>The custom files you have on the gameserver go on the webserver, using THE SAME DIRECTORY STRUCTURE</li><li>It's imperative your gameserver's res file is complete and correctly pointed.</li><li>No special port that I am aware of.</li><li>Mine is set up as a webserver.</li><li>Banner location is in your gfx folder, and size is 340x56.</li></ul>If you'd like more details view <a href='http://forums.steampowered.com/forums/showthread.php?threadid=57066' target='_blank'>this thread</a> on the Steam Forums or visit us on #modns. <!--emo&;)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/wink-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='wink-fix.gif' /><!--endemo--> Good luck.
