Reason for banning: Playing that WAV script of the "Sailors Song" over and over, while spamming the chat channels with binds as seen above.
Length of bannable offense: 30 minutes, at least.

he came on my server and started playing that stupid music so i kicked him and he came back and flooded with:

He would just start spamming chat until it went down. I did manage to snag his wonid before it went down
(he was just being annoying spamming stuff at first but once i wrote down his wonid and announced it he spammed this server has now been overflowed and crashed it). edit: did a /whois on him, it said u can e-mail bt about abuse. if he continues this, send a log report about the server crashing to them

I've seen screenshots about peepeeboy for over a week from at least 6 reputable server admins. I haven't met him.. and I sure as hell don't want him to visit my server and disrupt gameplay

It's perfectly legal. As long as you don't make a direct threat, you can post IP addresses until you are blue in the face, and his ISP cannot do a damn thing about it.
uhm. maliciously crashing servers is against almost all ISP rules. It's called abuse of service. And it's banable from ISP's. So yes they give an "obscenity" about what happens to our servers regardless of money.

you can't put him behind bars for something as this, BUT you can get him banned for life from his ISP. Meaning if he has Charter or AOL or some other large provider that he won't be able to get service from them anywhere in the country. And yes he should be banned from all servers, because he is DOING it at all the servers.

Let me guess, you're pee pee boy? If not you're an idiot. I don't know the law behind posting an ip address on a forum, but in this case if it IS illegal all you can make them do is remove the ip. that's IT.

Firstly as you should all know the server crash isn't even a malicious server crash it's just a simple exploit in the Half Life engine that causes the server to overflow, so not really a crash. <i>Valve should have implemented something instead of complaining about so called server crashers</i>
Secondly I am not Pee Pee Boy or any other persons but I am sick of this <b>witch hunt</b> which you idiots are getting involved in. "Wow, let's ban everyone who does anything slightly wrong". Nowhere does it say flooding or text or playing tunes in game is against the rules. if you don't like it you can leave the damn server.

As for you, Hardy, whether or not you believe playing an annoying MIDI over the voice chat repeatedly and crashing/overflowing servers to ruin everyone elses game is wrong doesn't matter to me or anyone else on this forum. What does matter is that it might be wrong in a server administrators eyes, and therefor they will decide whether or not they want to ban him.
I'm simply providing the reasons/information. If I do get ahold of his information somehow, he may be out of an ISP.

Anyways, I also was playing on a server when "Pee Pee Boy" made his grand appearance and continued to spam text and play his song and soon after everyone was flooded off the server. Any trouble you admins go through banning losers like this is much appreciated by players on your servers. Just want to send out a little "Thank You" to all the server admins that go beyond just throwing up a server and actually try their best to police it to make it a better place to play.
