No, it's not up anymore. Roob got tired of the game a bit after the release of ns 2.0 if I remember correctly. A bunch of regulars of that server are now in the <a href='http://www.playzen.net/' target='_blank'>playzen gaming community</a> (#playzen @ qnet) I think.
Well I'll be, an old time NTFM'er (<i>so</i> old skooled as to call it Roob's!).
Roo's NS (which later became <a href='http://www.ntfm.org' target='_blank'>NTFM</a>) died after 2.0. We all keep in touch by hanging around on PlayZen, as obuh has said, but PZ has also killed off it's NS branch.

Well after all the admins got tired of the direction NS was taken in, ntfm moved into Neverwinter Nights for some strange reason and now runs a very successful Nordock based persistent world. Nordock was built many moons ago and has many legacy based problems when used with the latest epic nwn builds so Roo led a new younger ntfm crew into the <a href='http://www.ferhan.org' target='_blank'>ferhan</a> project. An all new all singing all dancing role-play experience.
While he did this I continued for a while to manage ntfm-nordock which moved to playzen hosts and then past from my hands to Robin42...
Today, at this moment in time there are three NTFM servers to choose from. Two are neverwinter nights and one of those is private for playtesters and coders for the new ferhan mod and the other is running <a href='http://www.planofattackgame.com' target='_blank'>Plan of Attack</a>.
Drop by irc.quakenet.org / #playzen if you want to chat. Roo is quite often on there.
