Ok this is a movie from down under. Australia.
Hope you like my dodgey editing and crap encoding.
We won the Australian Natural Selection Tourney on Sunday.
I left out HEAPS of the good frags because I don't want it to be a ego boost movie..
<a href='http://www.chookz.net/squad5/s5movie.rar' target='_blank'>Click Here!</a> (93 megs, webhosting in New Zealand, so be patient)
<b>(P.S. firefox crashes unless you "save target as", Otherwise use IE)</b>

Dowloading now.
THis is one of the best scenes i ve seen in ns. evarr! hahahaha
great video
oh well back to good internet explorer.
The first half was kinda boring...well spit-frags and fade-deaths...
I liked the part where the marine's animation was freezed(?) and he "danced" to the music <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin-fix.gif' /><!--endemo-->
That gorgerush made me laugh.
I'm still laughing
Especially liked the one where the Fade chases the respawned Marine and gets fragged by the IP <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin-fix.gif' /><!--endemo-->
And the fleeing gorge who gets blocked by the onos is great too
Because Firefox still wants to save it as a text file and I can't select anything else.. :s
Hence why I say that firefox insists on it being a text file.
[edit] seems to work now
Also downloading now. <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif' /><!--endemo-->
OT:
Taaketa, you got Firefox 1.04? The problem usually occurs if the header of a file is damaged or incomplete, but this does not really help to explain why firefox does not like it but IE does. Tried simply pasting the target URL into a new tab?
("Good old IE" indeed... tsch.)
Hacks. <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif' /><!--endemo-->

Firefox doesn't change the file format of files it is downloading. If you "Save Lin<u>k</u> As" it will DL HTML file to your hard drive, it doesn't open the file/page at all.
wait this was for the captain planet part only <!--emo&;)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/wink-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='wink-fix.gif' /><!--endemo-->
There are some pretty good scenes. I especially enjoyed teh telefragged fade.....
(beeing glad, that i am not the only dump fade on earth)
And i am guessing, that the super jump was done with the help of our friend: smiw up/down. Am I right?
great job =)
Congratulations on your win, Squad-5! Good video!
P.S. the new zealanders bandwidth that i am using is on 36gb out of 40! get it fast! <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif' /><!--endemo-->

that erally amde my day ^^
and I think the devs *seriously* need to take a look at that fade kill at sat com.
gee gee hitboxes meights ?
When it happened to me, I died around the corner, but take the average ping of both of us. 50 each so 100ms all up.. probably right.
Reminds me of a saying I thought of.
"Crouching Fade, Hidden Hitbox."
