Server Crashes Whenever Someone Picks Up A Weapon

anyone has an idea how to solve this problem?

edit:
running on
2 ghz celeron
256 mb ram
suse 9.1 default installation
ns 3.03 with amxmodx1.01 and whichbot
but the problem also occurs after the clean installation. (ns without any mods)
i used to run some cs servers, never had anything like that. maybe the ns-installation file i downloaded is corrupted? i downloaded it from jolt.co.uk.
