  I used times new roman, and I have a PSD with the color, glow, and font to the tee.

  Actuallly it's "Minion", a true type font. You should be able to find it easily enough.

  another random question, kinda on the topic, is there a mod that allows you to move where the wording on the screen appears or where it allows you to move anything on screen like the location of the radar on screen or ammo or really everything...
  
  also is there a way to change the design of stuff on the screen, like the color of the ammo display, stuff like that
