i decided its pointless to play fps or other 3d games on this obsolete piece of crap. im so furstrated because of ultra-low fps gameplay. 9-16 fps for ns, cant own any1. 20fps wolfenstein, not big deal except getting owned. 7fps no one live forever 2, gonna have seizure when i play it. 4 min loading time and see units teleportating in Rise of nations, ppl leave before game starts and get owned... finally, never tried far cry, hl2, doom 3, cuz it will kill this computer. i realized how pointless the games is on this comp. idk when im gonna get a new comp, so leaving, cya ppl latr.
the only thing that i can ever play on this piece of crap and i will is : bunch of illegal snes emulators (dk country fun) and solitary

If don't want to quit... get a part time job for a month, you should have enough to get a computer that will at least run NS decently...
if i play anymore 3d games i will die from seizure...

I'm assuming SD Ram seeing your old system, you get 256 SD RAM and that TNT2 or even better, you'll be able to play NS, I'm not saying stellar fps but certainly much better than what you've had before for around 40 bucks (if shipping).

For 600$ you could get a pc that will play HL2 at 60fps!!! DON'T GIVE UP YET!!!

The smart gamer builds his own machine, and pockets a grand while he's at it.
Video cards affect FPS like crazy.
If you can get a job, it's only 40 hours at minimum wage to afford my suggestion, which is only a few weeks part time. That's assuming you don't already have a job or you don't have the time for a job.
Anyways: Theres plenty of other sutff to do. Go play some sports.
what i found annoying about my card, that i occasionally get these fps drops (from a constant 85 to around 47) and really cut back on bhopping.
