Still kinda new to the whole NS thing, its quite unlike any other of the half life mods I play and I really enjoy it, but I'm having some problems and would like some advice on a few things.
First problem is aiming, be it with a marine or an alien. Once they start moving faster I just can't seem to hit them when they move from side to side. Any tips on hitting aliens as a marine? How bout the other way around, cause getting in so close and continusly moving to avoid fire makes me loose track of the marine Im trying to bite and I miss constantly.
For combat - What are the best upgrades to get first for both teams?
And finally - I like being a gorge on NS maps, but Im slow cause I have no clue what the bind commands are for gorges offense/defense/etc towers. Anybody know them? And while you're at it, how do you bind chuckle?
Thanks.
Mako.

-Aiming as rine: practice.
-Aiming as alien: practice even more.
-co upgrades: that depends entirely on your playstyly.

First and foremost, as a marine, more than even the aliens now, you must work as a team.
To help your aiming horizontally and vertically, try this game. Clicky. (Just keep the cowboys hat on his body and he wont fall off.) this, and games like it, help me a little, but the best training is combat maps.
as a marine, don't be afraid to spam bullets if you know your commander will drop more ammo, and leave your pistol ready on the quickswitch button. in combat, conserve as much as you can until you get resuply.
as an alien, only bite when you can hit them (don't run around in a circle holding down mouse1)
A little thing I do as rine is when I get bit or am about to get bit, I press jump, hold left and slide my mouse right (or, vise versa) and 1. you will dodge the bite or 2. the bite will knock you farther away from the skulk. When fighting a fade Alone: jump around and crouch spurratically With buddies: crouch until he notices you out of the group, jump around, and crouch again (it's tough for a standing fade to kill a crouching marine) and ALWAYS try to get in the fades way, as fades are actually very weak when their hitboxes are not trailing them whilst blink (=P)
in co, one of my trees I use is:
alien:
celerity
save
save } fade
save
carapace
adrenoline
regeneration
silence
die, go onos
rine:
dmg 1
shirtgon (shotty)
armor 1
armor 2
save
save } Jetpack
resuply
dmg 2
dmg 3
The fact is, whether combat or classic, work as a team, and the FASTER you are, the long you will survive.
Oh, and saying that, learn the fine art of chomping heads friom vents, and using pschology. (chuckle at point x, flank, kill them all coming from hallway Y)
Uh.. yawn. that's all I can think of now.
For gorging, all the binds should be available by going to through the options panel.
