I'm hoping someone else will actually do a decent skin for the collar, 'cause I suck at skinning. I'm not too good at modelling, either, but that's not stopping me. So if you want to skin the collar, just make it, and I'll mesh it after the fact. The current mesh is only useful with the current skin, which admittedly sucks. There's no point in me distributing a mesh now; it wouldn't be useful.
