Tastiest Part Of The Marine?

Are headbites better?
Does it make any difference where you bite a marine? Does biting his ankles do the same amount of damage as biting his head, or are headbites a lot deadlier (in the same way that headshots are normally more damaging in other games)?

In general I try to jump up at marines and bite them in the head, partly so that the last thing they see is the inside of a skulk but also because it seems to finish them off faster. Or is that just my imagination?

As a budding commander, I have a request to make of skulks everywhere.

Go for the voicebox first. Then the legs. Maybe then they won't all run off in random directions, then say "umn eeee ohma!" instead of requesting ammo with their menu, so not only do I have no **obscenity** clue where on the map they are, but they're getting into way more trouble than they're prepared for.

I know, I should just tell them I'm ignoring them and they're going to die if they wander off on their own, and to expect no support from me... but they won't **obscenity** SHUT UP, and they KEEP running off on their own and expecting infinite supplies to rain down on them everywhere. The stupid dumbasses. Then they eject me for disobeying their demands. When I can't even understand what they're saying half the time anyway, and they won't use the in-game tools so I can actually find them.

Worst. Part. Is. Other. Players. WORST!!

....uh... sorry, I just needed to vent that...

@alien bob: only one damage zone, it doesn't matter where you hit someone.

But it scares the **obscenity** out of them when you land on their head and start biting

Actually, I have heard that sometimes it's hard to hit a marine who's crouching in a vent with a bite attack. Something to do with hitboxes. The secret, silly as it sounds, is to aim for the **obscenity**, because you end up hitting the hitboxes around the knees, which stick out in front.

[EDIT: Okay, okay, I didn't say the shortened for of Richard, I didn't say what you call a male chicken, all I said was the area of the human body between the legs. Since when is **obscenity** a bad word!?

Grrr... >.< Anyway, it's spelled simmilar to "crouch," and it rhymes with "scotch."

    **obscenity** CENSORSHIP!! ]

Actually I have had ppl screaming, "How did he kill me in one bite? I had full health!"

Now whether they were parasited and didn't realize it, I don't know. I have had the same feeling though: jumping and going for the face works faster. (Mabey there's a double-hit occuring ie. another hitbox issue?)

Well the vent thing is a problem. I try to enforce it, but that seriously can hurt marines some times. So now on my server its just avoid marines in vents.
