Can anyone help me with adding some decent but not too distracting
text to my new signature?

Here's what I made:

(Currently at MAXIMUM quality but when set to MEDIUM its less than 22kb
which is the file-size limit)

Then I tried this:
<img src='http://homepage.ntlworld.com/pete.taylor2/images/s2.jpg' border='0' alt='user posted image' />
But the text blurs too much when too big and becomes unreadable when too small.

Then I tried to reposition it:

But i'm still not really happy with it like that.

Can anyone help or put forward some idea's? I'm not very "arty" so getting
this far has been a struggle.

I want the text to say "BrianLumley.com" and "The-Necroscope".
(Actually, BrianLumley.com might be a good source of inspiration for
the text style, colours, etc.)

I think both links for the pic need to be 2 separate colours. One blue and one orange. Perhaps outlined in black for better distinction. I will see what I can do since I have 361 fonts in my personal collection.

My Pc's currently screwed a little so I won't be able to get something to you (complicated, just trust me on it). But I did test things to see what would work.

To anyone willing to do this (kabo0m in particular) do as Necroscope did in his first try ("Brian-" on the left "necro-" on the right) But do a black outline and white letter. Use either Times new Roman (It works!) or a pixel font.

Yeah, I would call that a good recipi <img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile-fix.gif' /> It's simple tho.
