Comm Chair Movement Problems.

<div class="IPBDescription">Can't move the view...</div> I've looked for the solution, and can't find one, so here's my dilemma:
When I'm in the comm chair, I cannot use any keys to move the screen view. is there some way I can set, say, my arrow keys or number keyes to move the view while I'm in the comm chair?
Thanks!

I think there was a time when your movement keys also applied to the comm view.
That was however before they implemented the hotkeys and you had to use those uber impulsescripts to get anything done.

But you can scroll the screen by moving the pointer to the edge.
Or you can scroll real quick by holding left button pressed over the minimap and move the mouse (thats the way I normally do it).

There still might be an impulse that moves the screen.... can´t help you though.

    Bloody typos

    You know what?

Ask in the scripting subforum. They might know if there still is an impulse to move the view and how to bind it. Maybe make a nice comm only config.

I coulda sworn that all you had to do was bind your arow keys to moveleft etc etc (do you usualy use WASD? and not have said arow keys bound?)

    then again, I NEVER com

    tested, and I am WRONG!
