Extralevels2 For Amxx?

I can't seem to find Extralevels2 for AMXX. The one that allows up to 50 Levels plus has the /menu for extra skills.

Search the AMXX Plugins and even the Mod X Forums.

Maybe I'm not looking in the right places?

I also cannot find the Map Manager that put up a vote at the end of a round after a certain amount of time. This would give one vote of 5 or 6 maps and then a second vote of the two most voted for maps. Does this exist for AMXX?

    modNS.org Forums have been down for several days. The <a href='http://nsmod.ugleague.org/forums1/' target='_blank'>Mods Maps & Models for NS</a> Forums has been created and coders are beginning to upload their plugins.
