  I suggest you download a server browser program. The two main ones that I tend to use and support NS are Gamespy 3d and The All Seeing Eye. Both can easily be found by doing a quick search on Planet-Halflife or using yahoo. (I forgot the sites for both).

  Dont use the desktop icon, get in by Start > Programs > Natural Selection > Launch Natural-Selection
  
  There's a bug in the desk icon.

  thanks all. But anyway, even with the desktop Icon, all that ever shows up, even if I do a manual launch, are Cs and DoD servers

  He said *don't* use the desktop shortcut. It's bugged. Delete it and start NS from the Start Menu.

  sorry, I meant...even without the desktop icon being used no servers show up.
