The proportions are entirely way off, bones are dislocated and flesh and muscle are just severely wrong. And i won't begin to talk about her boobs. Her fingers look like sausages that have been glued onto some stump of a limb, and i'm puzzled as to how many joints she has in her arms, if she has joints at all, as by the looks of it her left arm must be broken in several places.
So in short, you need to either get a book on proportions and the human body in art or a cheaper method would be just to practice drawing a live model, get one of your friends to help you out with that, and keep practicing and practicing until you manage to get that kind of thing sorted.
If you want to improve your drawing terran; you should start learning the proportions; human anatomy; how to design the pose; how to draw the details; and shading... Then you can practise more efficiently...
There are hundreds of tutorials about human body drawings in the net...
Here is a few to begin with;

I can't say I'm a good artist though, especially when it comes to drawing bodies.

The problem with tracing someone else's artwork is that it makes you satan and makes you deserve to die.
