I've had Steam since it came out, on and off. Well, my lil step-bro wants to start playing NS (bow down, bow down to the lords) So, I installed steam, and I've never seen the folder arrangement like this, normally, I'd go to SteamApps, like I always do it (at least I think that's the folder they go under <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif' /><!--endemo--> ) but, when I get in there, there is no Halflife folder, there is just gcf files, and I've tried putting it in various areas of the steam folder, but I don't know, please, one of you NS god's help me... <!--emo&::tsa::--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tsa.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tsa.gif' /><!--endemo--> <!--emo&::hive::--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/hive5.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='hive5.gif' /><!--endemo-->

    I'm not 100% certain but I think if you run the hazard course or something in HL it will create a folder for it

    The folder structure won't be created until you log into his account and run half-life, even just for a few seconds in the hazard course. Once done, it should look like this:

    "<steam path>\SteamApps\<account name>\half-life"

    The NS installer will automatically install it into the half-life folder, under a folder named "ns"
