    It won't pass for multiple reasons.

    #1 Games have rating systems for a reason so, like the article says, it's the parents responsibility to keep kids from playing that. Movies have ratings and you don't see them jumping on the MPAA.

    #2 If they get this passed, then that means they'll have to ban any movie that has violence b/c they're about as bad, if not worse, than video game violence.
