I'm looking for any settings that might smoothen out a 56k's point of view

such as Cl_smoothtime And Cl_vsmoothing <!--emo&???--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/confused-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='confused-fix.gif' /><!--endemo-->

and no...getting a new connection would not a be a setting

    Next weekend, or during the week if I have time, I going to play with those and see what the best setting is for my average 300 ping. I suppose I could come up with different settings, 200, 300, 400. But I probably won't because I'm lazy.

    I won't be able to do anything for a while because my hdd died yesterday <!--emo&:(--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/sad-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='sad-fix.gif' /><!--endemo--> The motor burned out...

    Edit: BTW, it's kind of not a good idea to bump something in a forum this small, it just annoys people. See the main thread about cl_smoothtime and cl_vsmoothing for more, I'll be posting my findings in there once I can test them.
