Gl finding a clan with out an anoying kid in ns.

But I have seen this guy in pubs and it is good to see he is looking to move to the next step up. I think one of the farm teams should pick him up, is co2 still recruiting?

ok, so 18+ is a little over the top...I just don't want to hear annoying 10 year olds on the mic. If no clan like that exists, oh well.

there are plenty of mature clans... I'd suggest going to #findnsscrim, #findscrimns, or #nspickup on gamesurge and ringing for clans or playing pugs... get to know some people... etc...

I must say, it doesn't seem like you are very mature if you only weed out the "manly" players.

I've played Natural Selection since I was 12 and everybody says my voice is "annoying" or they always say "You sound like a girl". Everytime I play, if I use my mic, someone dismisses me as a incompentent person. However, if I just type out everything, then they say "Wow, hes good." or "Stop using hacks".

My point is, I suggest you dont be like others and set an AGE restriction. Personally, if I was a leader of a clan, I'd rather be looking for good players rather than players that sound tough but really suck.

There is a lot more to having fun in a clan than just winning. I wouldn't be on a clan that had the best players, but they are annoying as hell and never shuts up. I wouldn't mind being on a crappy clan that had good members that likes to have fun. And yes age is a decent measure of maturity, when averaged out. And hey, it's my right to choose. If no clan fits my bill, then oh well. I won't lose any sleep over it.

I agree here 110%. I've had a couple of 14 year olds on my clan whom I respect to the max, and act more maturely than many much older. <img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/wink-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='wink-fix.gif' />

While "12 year-old CS addict nubs" is a stereotype, it is often true. I don't judge someone on being a certain age, but I am more inclined to think they are pre-teen if they act immature.

of course maybe by mature clan he means people old enough to go out and party/drink/do things you can't be a minor and still do. and if thats what you want then more power to you.

there's lots of reasons to want to be in a clan. and if his are to be around other 18+ people . then thats cool, I'm just saying that age isn't the best measurment of maturity.. thats all

Now you must admit that it doesn't sound nice at all and you didn't even say any reasons why you wouldn't want to be in their clan. (even though most people could guess by this topic).

Hi darkwolf.

Regarding a mature clan, you can still get into a clan of 16+ and have them be incredible immature. Probably the best clans to join are the ones in CAL. There serious (or seem to be) about there clan and are probably more mature players.
