Crosshair Request

I was wondering if anyone could make a crosshair for me seeing as I can't make my own, for some reason...
but its really simple, just a hot pink & or neon green version of the spectator xhair/1.04 xhair
I cant get it to work because i cannot save the file as a 256 color bmp in photoshop 7, if anyone can help me with that instead i could just do it myself, either works

    I know how to make my own sprites, but i cant do it because i deleted ms paint and i dont know how to save a 256 color bmp file with photoshop 7
