Assuming you're using VHE, check for errors (ALT+P)
If it will show an invalid brush click on it in the list and you will highlight it. This brush isn't valid somehow, try rebuilding it by hand and also make sure you're vertexes are on the grid.
A real annoying error. Hard to describe how it occurs, what causes it. Basically you have deleted the brush associated with an entity without deleting the entity assigned to it. You can find these through the error dialog. Simply open it up, click on Go to, close the dialog and hit the delete key once. You have successfully deleted this empty entity. If the dialog error isn't helping / working / doesn't show it. Then go to Map > Entity Report... and painstakingly Go To all of your entities. If any of them go to the exact center of your map without highlighting a brush then hit delete once and voila! This annoying error becomes a bad dream.<!--QuoteEnd--></td></tr></table><div class='postcolor'><!--QuoteEEnd-->

If it will show '<b>Solid entity (func_wall) is empty</b>' click on it in the list and you will highlight it. Now close the error checking and hit delete. Don't worry if you don't see anything highlit (spelling <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif' /><!--endemo--> ) that's normal since it is empty anyways. Then check for errors once more, the error should be gone now.
Ok, but does this have anything to do with the point infinite warning? When I run the map, all these weird colours flood through walls where no light or sky is supposed to be.
Could be, try it. Every error we knock out helps narrow down the problem. If this doesn't work, try posting your full compile log with a cheque made out to NSMappinghelp for a nice sum <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif' /><!--endemo-->
i looked at your screenshots, its a wierd error indeed, yet the only thing i have seen that would be close to this, is when the hl engine bugs up when your in noclip mode and the null area has about 500 different light colors, so when you move around you change from red, to green, to pink, ect.

Never mind, problem solved.
