Bug With Scent Of Fear

<div class="IPBDescription">very annoying</div> I just started using sense of fear in the past couple days, haven't used it much cause it seemed useless. Anways, I noticed this happening with it.

Often, while using scent of fear, aliens that are under attack show the orange "scent of fear icon" instead of the normal pinkish "alien under attack icon." I thought that the orange icon was strictly reserved for damaged marines.

This might not be the best screen shot of this, but this one is clear. You can see that the orange circle is over the onos (the orange icon is not directly on the onos because it was running at the time). There weren't any marines in that spot at the time, it was just the onos.

    It isn't team specific. If ANYONE is attacked and damaged in the game, it should show up orange in the hive sight.

    Yep, scent of fear shows damaged aliens. I'd like if it only showed damaged marines, too.

    Well, if it shows damaged aliens it stands to reason that there must be some marine nearby to be damaging the aliens, no? Just following the scent of fear indicators will take you to a battle area one way or another.

    I'd really rather that scent of fear was a marine-showing only display. You can already TELL where your own teammates are by the fact that they will often be a red circle 'blah blah under attack at placename', you don't NEED SOF for it.

    Yes, I get the same effect, and I wish it was fixed so that only Marines showed up at SOF circles.

    I've also noticed that when you do enhanced hive site, that HA marines become invisible...now isn't that a kick in the ars?
