<div class="IPBDescription">Players Wanted!</div> Competitive Natural Selection was at it's prime during the 2.0 build. Since then along with the release of 3.0, the competitive community has been slowly dying with less and less teams each season. So, in response to this, msyelf and the rest of my team (Xensity) have decided to take action and try and help the competitive community back on it's feet. It might be a slow process, or maybe even regarded as insignificant in the long run. Nevertheless it would be one step further in the right direction. Shoe came up with the idea to get around 12-16 players together, and then scrim/teach/practice with them until they are ready to move on. Wether that be by joining an exsisting clan, Starting a clan of their own, or sticking with us and being our "B" team. I <b>know</b> there are players out there with great potential but just arent refined to their full capabillity. Now basically we're trying to put together a team of players who have wanted to play competitively but havent had the chance to do so for whatever reason. We're looking for <u>dedicated</u> players willing to spend time with us to learn and improve their game. You do not need any previous CAL-NS expirence, however if you do that's fine. Down in New Zealand FeX have been doing a similar thing. Basically we grab a clanless or low skilled player and bring him into FeX for a full two weeks (sometimes longer). They prac with us and we basically try to share everything we know about the game with them. We've been through about five-six people already and have churned out some good players. The entirety of the team Cold n' Shaved is a example of this being something succesful. It gets better clans out there, and more in the process. I thank KMart for arranging this clan. I plan on doing the same thing when we get good enough to do this ourselves. We frequently scrim our father clan, WnF, and thanks to it we've gotten 10x better than we used to. I'm happy to say we are pretty skilled, though obviously not the best in the li'l Omegas(congrats again rF, send me a PM about a rematch scrim!), but we've gotta be up there- and even if we aren't, we like where we are.

We're not "recruiting" anyone. We're just getting together 16 or so players together and working with them to improve thier game. I'am sorry if I wasn't clear with my post but this isn't an applications join Xensity. This is for *anyone looking to improve their game or get their foot into the clan scence and see how it works. As far as the B-team for Xensity goes, If we decide to do this that is, these players will be hand picked by myself and shoe. so far I've gotten 8 e-mail requests. as soon as i get about 6-8 more we're going to close the offers and start working with those players. note: spread the word peoples!

To be fair, I can get some pretty crazy ratios with a low enough skill level pub too, and all I do in terms of training is play lunixmonster. Not trying to say that shoe isn't an excellent trainer.
