ya could anyone please post a server ip or somthing because even though i refresh i cant seem to find any servers of this

    Go to your steam server list, hit the "Change filters" button and select Natural Selection from the "Game" dropdown box. That's all there is to it :|

    sounds like it. try reinstalling. i bet you put the ns folder in the wrong place. make sure its like this: steamapps/email@domain/halflife/ns/

    so what else em i doing wrong

    go check in your halflife folder and make sure there is an ns directory in it

    so to add this ns directory do i just go to newfolders or type it in at the end of this

    F:\program files\valve\steam\steamapps\hdx_shadow\half-life

    to

    F:\program files\valve\steam\steamapps\hdx_shadow\half-life\ns\ <!--emo&???--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/confused-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='confused-fix.gif' /><!--endemo-->

    no you see, natural selection should be installed in the halflife directory. once you have installed natural selection, the ns folder should be in the halflife/ folder. hence you should see soemthing like F:\program files\valve\steam\steamapps\hdx_shadow\half-life\ns\
    with all the ns files in the ns folder.

    ok ya i do that but in the ns folder i got another folder labled nsp i open it it has all the files except i still cant see it on the filter section of steam

    nsp is the old beta 4a version. you need to download beta 5.

    You have an 'nsp' folder inside the 'ns' folder? It seems like you probably downloaded 3.0 beta 4a or a previous 3.0 beta version and installed it to half-life\ns instead of half-life. You need to download 3.0 beta 5, and install it to the half-life folder (it will automatically create an ns folder).

    Yes I know, just make sure you install in to the half-life folder rather than half-life\ns.
