<div class="IPBDescription">ricochet and muzzleflash sprites</div> the ricochet was meant to be remniscent of the simple DOOM hitspark (see top row, middle screenshot), as well as give the illusion that the impact 'lights up' the wall (top left). the muzzleflash is a reworked version of my older muzzleflash; i added a bit of a flare at the center that pulses a bit throughout the animation, as well as a couple of extra frames to break up the repetition a bit.
