Sealab 2021 Ns Joke?

For anyone who missed Sealab 2021 on Sunday, it was an aliens/gremlins/tribbles parody where the captain buys a gloop (little slime creature from the herculoids) and they start to multiply and spread all over the ship. The rest of the crew hunt them down through the hallways with flamethrowers and motion sensors and at one point, Debbie shouts "I need ammo!" and a little bullet icon flashes above her head. In the next shot, you can't see her, but you can still hear her shouting "I need ammo!" over and over. Reminded me of a certain half life mod...

    I noticed the bullet icon above her head, but I couldn't think of a game that it came from. In NS does an icon show up over your head like that? I've never noticed........kinda new here =)

    LOL! That would be so funny if it was true! I love Sealab!

    EDIT: Unless you can think of another game that has something like that, I'd say its most definetly a NS parody.

    Yeah, but Aqua Teen Hunger Force is DEFINATELY the best show they..uhh.. show. But Sealab 2021 is definately a close second.

    The Brak Show's always been my favorite. It's a tie between Sealab and Harvey Birdman for second.

    I didn't notice the icon. I just thought it was an Aliens joke. I mean you had Apone, Hudson, and Vasquez accounted for. Then again, I wasn't really paying attention at the time.

    lol damm I guess I missed that part, I had been playing NS that whole show...

    SL 2021 is great and so is Aqua Teen Hunger Force, brak show is alittle weak some times and space ghost coast to coast has it moments but its no SL or ATHF..

    But then you could say that Anime is for those who really appreciate animation with a storyline, and then you get flamed. SL2021 is just a cartoon that clicks with some and doesn't with others.
