Not as the model is now. Sheena is using a method called NURBS which makes insanely detailed models; however, those models have incredibly high polycounts. Simply put, you would get 1 frame every few hours with the best of PCs.

No, it would be much faster than a frame ever few hours. Maybe a frame every few seconds. Half-Life couldn't do it, though. Nor could any game engine in existance. They handle polys, not NURBS.

Actually... I think if your PC ran 4 hard lined Radeon x800 XT PCI-Express cards with dual 64 bit 939 pin AMD x62's at 3.8 ghz each, with 5 gig DDR 2 SDRam... you might manage to get 5 fps in HL2 with that model XD

NURBS editors modify equations, control points, and lengths and strain on curves. Thus, it's possible to have a perfectly curved surfact with the equivalent of millions of polies.
Polys can do something similar, but only with ugly smoothing groups.
From the look of that model, and assuming Maya, it'd be possible to run it through an animation loop in realtime on a Radeon 9000 Pro, with an AthXP 2000+.
If she were using Sub-D surfaces, THEN you'd need a truly beefy machine to work with or animate it. <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile-fix.gif' /><!--endemo--> But then, you'd also have modelled pores.
3D Studio Max R6/7 was used in the creation, not maya...
True, NURBS models don't have a polycount, but they can be converted into poly-based models, but it would take hours to do the calulations (even on her machine) and even then, you wouldn't be able to do anything with the model, it's beyond ANY game-engine's capabillities, and even past some model viewer cpabillities.
all we get to see is some action poses, and some sexy renders... nothing shocking from her work, but still, it would be nice to see more of her.
Also, the suite used doesn't matter much, unless 3DS has inexcusably crappy NURBS handling.

oh well.. the irony....
at this point i have to tell you that nancy is a bastard between kasumi and ayane...
i was heavily inspired by doa?s kasumi when doing her face... but i got no sideshot of her face..thats why ive taken ayane...
but seeing nancy in her tsa outfit in doa would be funny
