    Ok, it's past midnight in the Eastern part of the USA, why can't they release it yet?
    I'm sitting here at 6:20 AM waiting before I go to school to catch a glimpse of the glorious arrival of HL2...

    Because it comes out midnight for the Pacific coast. As soon as it hits midnight for -8:00 GMT, it'll be released. Although my desktop dealie says that its an hour less than that (and, no, it does not get its information from my PC clock, and I'm on the pacific coast).

    Since the thread about this was closed, I thought I'd just point out that there are:

    12 HL2 related threads on the main page, not including the two stickies.

    That means that beside stickies there is only ONE OTHER THREAD on the offtopic forums that is not HL2 related as I type this.

    May god have mercy on our souls... this is truely the definition of fanboi

    Yeah I was trying to consolidate and keep it clean, but I've pretty well given up. As long as a thread doesn't show signs of degenerating into 'postcount++' and other random spammy junk, I'm just letting them ride.

    Thing is, I hope this doesn't continue after HL2 is released, as I won't be getting it for a few days and, despite the stickey, it would only take one person to not be thinking clearly (possibly HL2-drug related euphoria) to say something that would constitute a spolier and for me to explode.
