I've been getting these as well; they seem to be the single biggest bug left in the game.
First of all, always send in your error reports to Blizzard.
Secondly, if you're getting it every time you try to re-login after a crash, here's how to fix it: go into your World of Warcraft directory and delete the appropriately named "WTH" folder. This contains your account information, and for some reason removing it solves the #132 problem. Unfortunately, you will have to fix all of your settings and key bindings.</span></b>
